KeNOG is a volunteer-led community providing a neutral platform for engineers in Network Engineering, Internet Infrastructure, and Cloud Services to collaborate, share knowledge, and grow the local tech space.
The KeNOG Conference is an open event that will take place in Nairobi on the 13th and 14th of August 2026. Presentations and Lightning Talks are welcome under five key topic areas namely:
- Extending Connectivity
- Expanding Internet Infrastructure Resilience
- Resources to power local Artificial Intelligence
- Network Design and Operations
- Next Generation of Network Engineers
Please note the following duration of presentations and talks:
- Presentation - 15 mins (max)
- Lightning talks - 5 mins (max)
Technical Presentations and Lightning talks are encouraged. We welcome submissions that share knowledge, experience, and insight with the community. To preserve the integrity of the programme, and to fit within the Conference duration, submissions that are primarily marketing may be declined. Event sponsors will be provided with exhibition spaces and other opportunities to engage.
